Is this a life jacket?
No. It is a swim-training aid and is not a substitute for an approved life jacket where one is required.
Does my child still need adult supervision?
Yes. Constant, close and capable adult supervision is required. Stay within arm's reach whenever a child is in or near water.
How do the removable buoyancy bars work?
The suit contains eight separate bars. Remove support gradually only as balance, calmness and skill improve, and add it back whenever more support is needed.
How do I choose a size?
Use current height and weight together, not age alone. Review the size guide before ordering.
How long does shipping take?
Orders normally process within 2–3 business days. Estimated U.S. delivery after shipment is 7–15 business days; estimates are not guarantees.
What is the return policy?
Eligible unused and unwashed items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Swimwear worn in water cannot normally be returned unless defective, damaged or incorrect.
