These Terms govern use of the Confident Splash website and purchases made through our store.

Eligibility

You must be the age of majority where you live. Products intended for children must be purchased, fitted, and supervised by a responsible adult.

Product Information

We aim to present descriptions, colors, sizes, and prices accurately. Screens and normal manufacturing tolerances may cause minor variation.

Water Safety

No flotation or swim product makes a child drown-proof. Constant, close adult supervision is required. Our product is not a substitute for swim instruction or an approved life jacket where required.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel orders for inventory or pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or legal restrictions and will refund affected payments.

Prices and Taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Confident Splash is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
