Processing

Orders normally process within 2鈥? business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Estimated U.S. Delivery

After shipment, delivery typically takes 7鈥?5 business days. Estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weather, carrier disruption, customs, address issues, or events outside our control.

Rates and Tracking

Available shipping charges are shown at checkout. When tracking is available, it is emailed to the address used at checkout and may take up to 72 hours to update.

Address Changes

Customers must provide a complete and accurate address. Email turzhafop33@163.com immediately about errors; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If tracking has not updated for seven business days, or a package is marked delivered but missing, check household members, neighbors, and carrier notices before contacting us. For damage, keep all packaging and send clear photos.

International Orders

Availability, delivery estimates, duties, and taxes are shown at checkout when supported. Import charges are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
