Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags, accessories, and packaging. A brief dry fit check is permitted.
For hygiene and safety reasons, swimwear worn in water, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot normally be returned unless it arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
How to Request a Return
Email turzhafop33@163.com with your order number, purchaser email, item and size, return reason, and photos for damage or defects. Wait for return instructions before mailing anything.
Return Shipping
Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind or sizing returns. Confident Splash provides an appropriate remedy for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Use a trackable service.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, generally within 10 business days after inspection. Bank processing can take additional time. Original shipping is not refunded for discretionary returns unless required by law.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are subject to availability. We may recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
Cancellations
Contact us immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
